1. Acceptance of Terms

tk666 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed, all pending winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at tk666's sole discretion after deducting applicable processing costs. tk666 may report instances of suspected underage gambling to relevant regulatory authorities.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.3 Account Security

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account from which a corresponding deposit was made (same-source withdrawal policy).

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

7. Prohibited Activities

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under tk666's international gaming license jurisdiction. 14. Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the Player

Where an account is closed by tk666 due to confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, fraud or AML violations — tk666 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account without refund.
